Horrible experience

Good day

I honestly think that some of Takealot products are rejects cause i purchased an appliance and the first time it was faulty and the second attempt on a different brand same story . I understand its a convenient service but this shouldn't be the story.

And i think that if you have been experiencing the same problem they should have a quick response.

I am really fed up
