HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered something around 06:00 AM and I chose same day delivery as it was urgent. It was not delivered on the same day. This has happened to me a total of THREE TIMES. Why promise same day delivery if it physically cannot happen? Then, I am refunded for the delivery charge in TAKEALOT CREDITS SO I AM FORCED TO SPEND THE MONEY ON TAKEALOT. When I phoned around 19:00 to explain that it had not been delivered, NO ONE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME IN CHANGING THE ADDRESS FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. I was not available at the same address the following day (now that the delivery had to be rescheduled due to not being delivered on the same day). It was delivered to my house when I was not there and then the driver has the audacity to phone me and tell me that he thinks my bell does not work because I am not answering?! MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS NOT HOME THAT DAY. Never ordering from takelot again.
