Horrible experience

On the 2nd of November I placed an order for my baby’s formula, the order was delayed and it was only delivered on the 14th of November. As if that was not bad enough, they delivered the wrong product. I then requested for a collection of the wrong product that they delivered, this was on the 14th of November, till today the product was not collected and there hasn’t been any refund. I’m utterly disappointed by this, I bought my baby’s formula for consumption purposes, this was on the 2nd and today is the 28th and I haven’t received any assistance none whatsoever!!!!
