Horrible Exchange Service from Takealot

I submitted a return to Takealot. RRN-ba1c-1371 A comment was added "accessories missing" but they do not clarify what is missing? I have send numerous emails, as I am unable to contact them telephonically. No one is getting back to me, I need to either get my goods replaced or I need my goods back.
