Take a lot email support is truly terrible. I purchased table clothes on 27 March 2024 and paid for express delivery for 28 March 2024. Today is the 2nd of April and I have still not received the product. The delivery has been rescheduled twice on take a lots and is scheduled for today now again. I have emailed on the 29th to find out what's happening and requested a refund for the delivery amount only. Olwethu. N has been assisting me and has been ignoring every email I've sent by just sending canned responses and not replying to what I have asked. My most recent response has been that I'll get my delivery today and they trust they have been of good assistance. Perhaps they should learn to read. Just because they're a big company doesn't mean they should be of low quality
