Horrible delivery service

On the 28 February2024 i bought a phone via takealot and i had to return it on the 23march because it had a charging point problem,so they collected it 25 and on the 26 i got an email saying the wont fix the phone and i ask them to return it back to me on the 28 or 29 and i made a call on Saturday and the said the will deliver on the 2and however they did not deliver as a promise and Tuesday i made a calk again and the they promise to deliver it on Friday and they did not deliver even after i told them to deliver it to the same address they had collected it from since i did not have the phone. all my things are stagnent because of them and now it been weeks with me making following ups but still dololo,ths is bad service to me
