Horrible delivery! Horrible customer service! Takealot cares about your money, not you!!!

I would absolutely NOT recommend Takealot to any of my family or friends! My past 3 experiences have been horrible with the last one being the absolute worst! They send the wrong thing or the driver says he was here to deliver (but never was) and credit my account when I never asked for that! They do not take the time to listen to or service their clients needs! I ordered a wireless usb wifi adapter. I received a submersible led instead. I raised an issue on 4 August. It still hasn't been sorted! Today Takealot says they are out of stock. How is that my problem??? When I ordered and paid, they had stock! I need this to work from home! Seriously Takealot?!?!?!?!?!?! Do you just not care about your customers?????
