Horrible delivery experience on last few orders

Past 2 order deliveries were shocking and late. The first one was delivered at 17:30 where I was forced to wait at work when I was told Takealot to delivery by 4. I was fed lies about the status as I was getting conflicting reports where the driver was. The next one, they failed delivery on the one day and now I am endlessly waiting today! I am taking my business to some other online store from now one. Totally shocking.
