Horrible dealing with Takealot.com. Be weary.

Absolutely horrible systems and assistance. I ordered a mirror that was delivered broken. I refused to accept it and sent it back with the driver. There is no email to contact for help and support so I have no proof and I called support number but they we extremely unhelpful and left me hanging for 10mins. They insisted a log a return but how do you log a return for something you never accepted.
