Horrible Customer Support Services order #***

I'm very upset with the service Takealot provides. I placed an order with order number #***. This was for 3 items, huawei psmart 2021 screen replacement, huawei psmart 2021 screen protector bundle, and a samsung galaxy a10 screen replacement. I only received the first two and not the latter. Since Takealot doesn't have an option on their app to report this, I used their returns portal and on the description I explicitly explained that I had not received the samsung screen replacement. Today the driver came to my house talking about they are here to collect. I'm now confused as I've already replaced my huawei screen. The driver then refused to leave anything behind and was extremely rude even when I kept my calm. I then called their customer support line and a lady by the name of Faith picked up. To say the least, your customer support needs a complete overhaul, she couldn't care less about my problem and I spent more than 20 minutes on a call with her to no avail, up until she transfered me to another department which took further 15 minutes to pick up. Only then I was informed of Takealot procedures in such cases, that last guy was very helpful, he could even pick up from my tone that I was now cross but managed to calm me down.

What pains me the most is that I had to go through this tedious process fo4 something I told them. Couldn't they have rectified it before it got to this stage? Also, who is your returns planner coz he/she clearly doesn't read???

This is the second time I'm having issues with takelot's customer support services. It is becoming clear that Takealot doesn't care about their customers. They are just interested in taking a lot of their money and providing little to no service. No wonder people are moving to other online platforms, no one can stand this thing Takealot is attempting to call a service.

At this point I'd rather pay more for a product on Amazon than stand for this. This was my last order with these people
