Horrible Customer Support! NO more trust with Takealot

Horrible customer support. I have been trying to get a refund on an order i sent back in December. When i emailed them asking about it they simply stopped responding to my emails. The last time i got any response was Jan 8th. How can u simply ignore my emails!!
