Horrible customer service & terrible products

I am now at the point where I give up & will never buy from them again. In the last few months I've had to return 3 items, all of which either bad quality or to the last one which has become the issue a puzzel which pieces were missing. I returned the item they rejected the return without telling me, had to follow up for many days before getting an answer then they said they have to send it back to me and there's nothing they can do.. they sent it to the complete wrong province and I'm still stuck with no answer or communication apart from pre writen emails. This is almost 4 weeks ago still nothing. Disgusting service
