Horrible customer service

On the 13th of January 2021 I returned my GoPro hero 7 white for the 3rd time and requested for my account to be credited. Takealot have a 21 day policy stating that regardless of the suppliers outcome if the return exceeds 21 days I will get my requested outcome. To this day after countless emails that are not responded to I am still waiting to find out what is going on nearly 5 weeks on.
