HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with Takealot as I am a very loyal customer for years and I trusted them with my personal information but they took money out of my account without my consent... I have sent a million emails but the agents have ignored my request for a refund. I want my money back
