Horrible customer service

I ordered from takealot on the 27th and they delivered my parcel somewhere in Eersterivier on the 10th of November. When I tried contacting them they told me where my order has been delivered and seemingly it is my problem yet I live in Khayelitsha... I just want them to refund me. I will never order from them again.
