Horrible Customer Service
Order nr ***<br> I got notification over the weekend of delivery on Tuesday.<br> My package was supposed to have been delivered yesterday by 15h00. It wasn't.<br> When I phoned I was told about scheduling issues. I was then assured it would be delivered today at 13h00.<br> I've been in and out of meetings all day. So when I phoned the people in Sunninghill to confirm that it was delivered they said no.<br> So am I being taken for a ride?<br> If there are issues I believe people should be informed.
