Horrible customer service

Horrible service from delivery driver. Lack of knowledge of customer service. He told me he is on his way, I called him an hour later- he ignored my calls. I had to use a different phone for him to pick up. I asked him his whereabouts, said he's no longer coming and was not gonna bother letting me know. He **** and said he couldn't get through to me due to load shedding for my first scheduled delivery. His name is Shane Govender. I tried reporting to customer care via email, the response was- I was rude to him. Of course I was rude because he was rude first!!! Mind you the package they kept on postponing delivery for was supposed to be a birthday present! Extremely disappointed!!!
