Horrible customer service

I ordered some items that I needed urgently(nappies and formula for my son) and expected them to come on the date takealot agreed to send them. Those items STILL have not arrived. I have no explanation of where my items are, even though i called their delivery team twice, with the promise of feedback. All they can tell me is sorry for the inconvenience. Please explain where my items are.
