Horrible customer care and false claims by delivery people

Unprofessional parcel tracking and delivery service, I have been waiting for delivery for the whole day from takealot just to receive an sms at 16:57 - saying "Recipient wasn't available" while I waited for the whole day just for them to send me sms and they are thoroughly unreachable by phone. It's a pity to see a good thing go down like this.
