Horrible Customer Care!!!!!

Been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now and no one has bothered to get back to me with an update despite me having sent my bank details to them weeks ago. No one has had the decency to even at least acknowledge receipt of my email to make matters worse there is no contact number where we can call to follow up on this, customer care is non existent post sales stage. So frustrating.
