Horrible communication

I ordered for my brother on my account the order number is *** and it was scheduled for the 19th of December and then I went to cape town for work and would be back on the 19th for scheduled delivery but then I got an email on the 17 of December telling me my parcel wasn't delivered and was credited to my account which makes no sense considering the delivery was scheduled for the 19th I'm very disappointed in takealot communication as I wasn't called or nothing with regard to the delivery if I was I could've arranged someone to be there all I received was an email say I was credited now I sit with a problem which is my brother goes back the 20th of December and if I reorder now it'll only be here the 22nd
