Horrible and Slow Service from Takeawait (Takealot)

I am first time buyer at Takealot and I will never use them again. I ordered a Smart TV on 13 October 2023, that was due to be delivered on 14 October 2023 at 19:00. To my surprise the TV was never delved to me as Takealot communicated via the Takealot App, instead the delivery was reschedule for Sunday, 15 October 2023. I logged into the App Today 15 October 2023 just to learn that the parcel was damaged in transit and needs to be replaced. I will wait to see if the parcel will be delivered Today on 15 October 2023 as communicated through the Takealot app. If the delivery does not pitch up as per the Date and Time, I will request a refund and buy the product elsewhere. This is a first and last time Takealot will see my Business. I am extremely disappointed. I do not recommended Takealot.
