Horrible and inconsiderate service from Takealot!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for four camping chairs and immediately paid R3100 for my order. Two days later, Takealot delivers three camping chairs and some strange item I do not know. I immediately logged a return on their website and provided the reasons for the return and replacement with the chair I have ordered. One week later I am still given run arounds. I have ordered several items with them before with no problems. This time they've really lost a customer in me. What a horrible inconsiderate service!!! Can anyone assist me, where do I report issues like this? Which organization that regulate such things.
