Horrible and heart-breaking

Early this month i bought a Mobicel Zoom tablet for my daughter, It stopped working within a week the screen went blank, and when i tried switching it on i couldn't tap on the screen, a day after i requested for it to be collected for repairs, they collected everything was okay when the driver collected, two days later i receive pictures the earphones are ruined(never used them ) and the screen was cracked, i gave the driver the tablet was perfectly fine. Now they ddnt repair the tablet cause it has a cracked, i kept on telling them i wouldnt have returned it if it was personal damage not factory but Charity is rude on my emails and keeps on saying i ruined the tablet
