Horrible after sales service

Returned my microwave after using it for 4 days. They collected on Monday morning. I was getting messages that the collection was delayed and the product not collected. I called they said it was a system error. Today is 4th day after the return was collected and I'm still getting messages saying that ot was not. I'm waiting for my refund as I need a microwave
