Horrible

To say Takealot has been declined in quality is a major understatement.

More than half the time I order things, they're faulty, not working or destroyed. On top of that, they changed their Free Shipping setup. It used to be that you got free shipping for orders above a certain amount, now you only get free shipping if you pay a monthly subscription AND if it's over a certain amount.

The prices making no sense in a lot of instances. I saw something sell for R400, and a few seconds later a 2 pack of exactly the same thing, same size, sell for a R1,200. Apparently a "Special Offer" Like, how are your special offers more expensive than the normal one?

Honestly it's not even worth having the app anymore. It used to be convenient and filled with decent prices, but lately you're just being charged more for bad service and even worse products.
