HORRIBLE

I have received the worst services from Takealot than i could ever imagine. I placed an order on the 26th of April and today the order was supposed to be delivered and the stupid driver said i refused my order which bull ****......How can i refuse my order when they did bother to call. Every sales agent has been useless in getting this resolved , from Zandile, Ingrid , Ayathandwa. ALL of them have been horrible. I am really disgusted at this treatment and i feel discriminated againts
