********** Takealot Return service

I returned my fitness watch to Takealot in May 2019 (within the warranty period) but due to the response of Takealot the watch was out of warranty when I contacted their third part supplier. Takealot did not return the watch to me as I sent it to them, the sensor which had popped out and was the reason for the return was missing.

I have contacted Takealot several times attempting to explain the situation but they keep sending me in different directions. Now, I am sitting with a watch with no sensor which can not be used and I am not in the same financial position I was before Takealot's mishap.
