I purchased high yield black and color printer cartridges from takealot for my hp6700 printer, these cartridges are supposed to print up to 1000 pages. The printer has at most printed 50 pages and been off most of the time since the purchase two months ago, it is a home printer and not an office printer, the black cartridge now needs to be replace while all the others are above 90 %, this is clearly a fault on the cartridge as previous cartridges direct from HP worked for months and hundreds of pages before needing replacement, the printer stats also show that more color prints were printed than black, so it doesnt make sense the cartridges need to be replaced. On dealing with takealot their email response was \can not be collected as the cartilage was used". They didnt even collect the item "
