I needed a device to monitor my oxygen levels when I had covid 5 weeks ago. I ordered and paid for if 5 weeks ago. I needed it urgently. I have still to date had no contact from takealot with regards to my order. I have been struggling to get hold of them with regards to a refund but they wont answer my email and just continue to send me advertizing. I am shocked at their service and will never use them again and will make sure my circle of friends also boycotts them.
