<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd like to bring Takeaot.com's attention the horrible service received from the driver who delivered my order on the 25th in Vanderbijlpark Se6. Firstly, thank you for delivering a day earlier than the initial confirmation sms.</p> <p>However, the driver was rude to my sibling who accepted the order- he didn't want to hand her the package unless she opened the gate and told her she won't sign for it with the gate closed. The drivers cars aren't branded so from a security point of view, she can choose to not open the gate. I have also accepted orders with the gate closed so i do not understand what this guys problem was. This guys was prepared to leave my house with the order I PAID for if the gate wasn't opened. That is the most ludicrous I have heard yet and I would like takealot.com to review your business with this guy. Unfourtunately, we didn't get a name, however it will not be the 1st time that a black driver has given us hassles. I don't know if because we are young, we must be spoken to like children or what? I haven't complained before but when people disrespect my family, that is really the last straw.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for always delivering on your promises but such incidents make me seriously reconsider my relationship with takealot.com.</p>
