Takealot delivery team is a the absolute worst... The scheduled delivery date never happens (I am on my third date for the same order). I have tried to speak to the delivery team and they are absolute ***... Constantly changing times and addresses... I will never use takealot again.. Asked the dude to deliver at the takealot pickup point and he said he couldn't... Gave him the address and he said he got it.. Then stopped picking up my calls when I got there and the delivery was not there.. Cuddos for those received delivery service.... This is the second purchase I have made with takeoff... First was a similar disaster and I wanted to collect the second time but the app said I could due to the items I have ordered...
