HORIFFIC EXPERIENCE with the DSTV HD Single View Decoder - Fully Installed

<p>I bought the R599 DSTV with installation from Takealot.com a few weeks ago. The product does not come with a voucher but there are instructionsthat you follow to redeem the free installation. I followed all instructions and everything seemed okay because it gives you all the installers in the area that can install that dstv for you. I have wasted R 240 worth of airtime over the past week struggling to get an installer because none of the installers want to install the dstv bought from Takealotsince it does not come with a voucher. I am in the process of returning this product and would like them to compensate me for my airtime and my time wasted trying to get this product intalled. Never has it been frustrating to get something done in my whole life. I even called Takealot for assistance and the call centre agen had said he would call me back of which he did not do. I had a horrible two weeks trying to get my dstv installed and what makes it even worse is that the Takealot who is the seller does not even assist, instead they blame Multichoice of which i feel is unprofessional because they dont even assist you meaning you must deal with Multichoice yourself. I went to Game on Friday the 24/02 and bought myself this very same product and the process went really smooth. My decodera and Dish were installed on Saturday the 25/01(BIG UP's to GAME) which should have been the case with Takealot as well. If Takealot does not know what to do as the middleman between Multichoice and the customer, then seriously, they must just not sell this product. Some of us shop online for convenience and not to go through the drama. This whole thing of returning their product is another inconvenience for me because I now have to wait for them to process my refund for another two weeks when they gave me a product that they even dont now how to work. I feel that it is unfair and once again, it's m,y time that they are waisting....what happened to a customer being put first. I really am dissapointed in Takealot. I have had great custonmer relations with them but this has just changed everything. I didnt even get proper service when it came to this product. My airtime was wasted and my time. THAT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I cannot even express how dissapointed I am. Really, that was pathetic. No Thank You Takealot</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
