Horible Customer Service

I ordered 2 items from Takealot and paid. I was then told that I will be receiving 1 item because they don't have stock the second item.i received my credit of R329 but I want a refund back to my bank account and they declined without a clear reason. Excuse me?! I need my money coz there's nothing I need current lly from Takealot. I want my cash so I can buy food for my family. Is that hard? You didn't fulfill your part of the transaction right? So why must I be punished for that? No contact number no email on the app. This is screaming ***** business
