Hopeless service more than once

I purchased products from Takealot on the 21st February 2018, i was advised that due to no stock on some of the products i bought there will be a delay and expected ETA is 6th March 2018(which is today), i got notified yesterday that they will be delivering before 5pm at my office, a place that they have delivered many times before. i waited at the office till 6, an absolute inconvenience on my part and no showed up, now i get notified the driver could not find my address. This is an absolute irritation, as this is not the first time takealot as messed up an order.
