Hopeless

I placed and order for my sons birthday on the 26th June delivery was supposed to take place on the 6th July now today when I enquire about the delivery all.of a sudden the stock is no longer available and before it was not available in JHB or CPT now the stock is available why only after I enquire and now I had t still pay delivery when my initial order was for 698 and my sons gift could not be delivered partially yet the one item was in JHB now I had to place an order again and pay delivery fees such a disappointment and why was I not informed till i sent an enquiry my first time dealing with takealot and my last time
