Honour Original Product and Price Selected

I placed a specific product in my basket and proceeded to checkout based on the advertised product and price. During the checkout process, the item in my basket appears to have changed, resulting in me being charged a different amount for a different product than the one I selected.

After payment was processed, I discovered that the original product was no longer available and its price had increased significantly. At no point did I knowingly select the replacement product or agree to the higher price.

I request that Takealot investigate the transaction logs for my order and either:

Supply the original product at the price displayed when I added it to my basket; or

Refund the difference and correct the order; or

Cancel the order and provide a full refund.

I have retained screenshots and supporting evidence and would appreciate a prompt resolution.
