Holiday and Christmas Ruined by Takealot’s Poor Service

I am extremely upset and angry about how this situation was handled. A bicycle arrived damaged just before Christmas, which ruined my children’s Christmas and part of our holiday. What makes this worse is that it feels like Takealot genuinely does not care. All I keep being told is “sorry for the inconvenience” and that the bicycle will be collected before 5pm. This promise has been made before, yet no one arrived to collect it. We waited at home for two full days, only to be disappointed again. This issue was not caused by us, yet we were repeatedly inconvenienced with no urgency, no accountability, and no real resolution. An apology means nothing when it is followed by broken promises. Won't ordered from them again if this is the service I'm getting.
