Hold your vendors accountable!

Worst Decision EVER! I suspect I received a second hand machine. Machine is faulty. Reported to Defy and now they want to repair it...so second hand in the first month of purchase! Said no way, I want a new machine since that is what I payed for. I cannot return it to Takealot and Defy tells me I have to drop it of at any retailer (no retailer wants to accept it by the way) for them to pickup and will send a "replacement" in THREE WEEKS time! Please do not make the same mistake as I did. NEVER buy expensive electrical goods with warranties through Takealot...you can not return it... NEVER buy Defy...worst customer service EVER.... NEVER trust Takealot to hold their Vendors accountable for providing faulty products to loyal customers.

PS: 1. How am I supposed to trust Defy after they have picked up this dishwasher that they will not just repair the faulty one and send it back to me as "NEW"? 2. My review on Takealot .... is still "Awaiting approval".....
