Hisense Tv

good i bought a Hisense 58cm tv with Takealot on the 07 August 2022 the document says it has 48 months warranty guarantee yesterday the 12 October 2025 the tv just decided to no play the tv is on but the screen does not show when i call the Takealot Hisense department they tell me that i was supposed to call them to register for the extra year in order to be covered by the warranty. No one explained that to me not that i have a problem with their tv they tell me there is an amount that I need to pay in order for them to help.

I am not happy with that cause is not my fault that they did not explain and I have to pay money that I did not Burget for something that I pay cash for
