Hisense 70 inch TV return declined

I returned a Hisense 70 Inch without a scratch or Cracks when it was collected, But I received an email from Henry C declining my return due to a crack on the screen, and they have pics the they sent showing that crack.

I also have a pic to prove otherwise but that means nothing to them.

My R14 000 is gone just like that.

I hate Take a lot.
