Hikvision Complete Kit

I bought the Hikvision4 Chanel color Vu camera set from takealot.com. We had it installed at a cost f R1900.00. It was working fine for more than a month and on Sunday 25/9/2022 I realise that the Power Supply indiator is not burning. Switched on the monitor and it showed no video. I call my internet supplier and they said everything look fine on their side. I must send them a video of the camera system so they can see the system and also pointed out to me that the Power Supply to the cameras aint working. Enqiuired at takealot, spoke to Tamara who mentioned that we have a warranty which expires in January 2023. But I have to log a return. So i did that. Their next email said they will be collecting THE ENTIRE KIT as we bought it, in original packaging etc. Not possible. The stuff is installed and paid for. I only want the powerbank replaced and will gladly return the powerbank. nO THEY WANT THE WHOLE KIT. So I have to pay the electrical guy who installed it to come and uninstall it and when it returns, pay him R1900 again for installation? Does this make sense while the Power Supply is a loose box where just the wires could be disconnected. Claim was now rejected due to my warranty expired :-

"The following product(s) are not eligible for return Hikvision 4 Channel 1080p ColorVu Complete Kit 1 x Hikvision 4 Channel 1080p ColorVu Complete Kit Return Reason: The product is defective or damaged Decline Reason: Warranty expired 20-01-2023"
