Highly inconvenienced

Very dissatisfied... I have been a customer for years and followed the ceo since he left media 24 and I have never been as disappointed as I am now, I have purchased an Xmas gift with the promise of delivery by 24.12.2020 and I am still waiting, this is a major inconvenience to my family.
