Highly frustrated with Takealot

I received a damaged item from Takealot and June and to date I am unable to get a return from Takealot. Why did the warehouse send me an item that was already returned as it was damaged and instead of getting rid of the item they sent it on to me as a customer. Beyond frustrated with them!!
