Highly disgusted in Takelot

Ticket *** I have order 2 matching pedestals, and 2 other pedestals, when we open the boxes for the 2 matching ones, they were different, the one looked like the others I ordered and the other one was as per the photo on the website. When my husband started to assemble the pedestal we noticed it was a used pedestal which was returned to takealot before. It was damaged and had missing parts. My husband lucking had a bord he could cut the the draws bottom from and he fixed the on draw where it split. Now my question is, why is takealot sending items to customers that has been used before and missing parts and damaged and charge the price for the new pedestal, how is this treating the customer fairly????? I have sent 3 email to takelot and they just ignore me, clearly they do not understand how to treat a customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
