Highly disappointing and disgusted at Takealot.com

I am highly disappointed with my recent purchase of a Russel Hobs kettle that I have purchased from Takealot. After boiling water in this kettle it popped and dented on the side . I took the kettle back and now Takealot is informed me that i was negligent with with product and will not replace it!

Why would i damage something that i paid more than R 500 for why would i waste my hard earned money. This why i hate purchasing on line from takealot because had i rather gone direct to a game or makro i would not have this issue

You accuse me of something that i did not do and you also now refuse to replace a kettle that i paid so much money for. I am highyly dissappointed and will never purchase via takealot again !
