Highly disappointed! , Please fix your customer support!

I normally have a really pleasant time ordering from takealot , I recently had a rude lady deliver my order , she had gotten my packages mixed up and asked which of the two boxes i wanted even though they both had my name on , she then proceeded and after i had opened my packages there was an item missing , i tried to contact support but to no avail i have not had a pleasant experience with Takealots delivery and customer support. It is best to always order a few items at a time ordering more than 3 products could put you at risk of potentially losing your order.
