Highly disappointed on Takealot service

I'm highly disappointed with Takealot service, I've bought items last month on the 28th, the delivery date was to be on the 6th this month and it didn't come, there was no communication till now. Imagine waiting for an order so long like it's from China yet on its due date it doesn't come. I'm highly disappointed we are not valued as customers.
