Highly disappointed on Takealot failing to replace a faulty product or refund and taking over 36 days still nothing

I recently bought a portable power station that died withing 5 months, made a return or replacement and Takealot just unnecessarily refuse to replace neither to repair, they said they do not see any faulty but refuse to provide evidence as I told them put load and to see the problem, now when they see problem they want to just change the programming to avoid problem, but even after then they still can return the faulty product. I am on a day 36 after returning the product but they are still making excuses, today when I made the following-up they said they have logistical issues, but it's being 2 weeks they were supposed to deliver. So disappointed 😞 I requested a refund since they can deliver but they still do not want to
