highly disappointed

I bought a scale from take a lot and received it and it was faulty I returned the scale and had a credit on my account. I bought the same scale and I knew with my credit illl pay R1 so when I received the sms it stated the full amount I have sent numerous emails and called the 087 number to no avail. when my parcel came it had to be returned cause I did not have the full amount... I am disgusted, humiliated and disappointed.... no answer to emails no answer to their 087 number
